ILAJ is an on-demand home services brand built to simplify everyday living in Dubai. From cleaning and pest control to plumbing, electrical, and appliance care, the app connects users to reliable service providers with just a few taps.

(Our Approach)

We started with the core insight that every need is simply a problem waiting for a solution. This became ILAJ’s purpose — to bring happiness through reliable solutions. Our design philosophy revolved around trust, clarity, and convenience, expressed through soft, approachable colors (#EA5644, #CDE5E8, #1F1F1F), intuitive layouts, and clean iconography.

At the heart of ILAJ lies the idea of trust and reliability. Our branding approach was built around the concept of being a one-stop solution provider — someone dependable, approachable, and always ready to help. The visual identity combines warmth and professionalism, using #EA5644 to symbolize energy and action, #CDE5E8 for calm and assurance, and #1F1F1F to represent strength and stability. Together, these elements create a balanced, modern identity that reflects ILAJ’s promise — to bring comfort and convenience into every home.

The icon system was designed to communicate clarity, function, and familiarity at a glance. Each icon is crafted with simple geometric forms and balanced line weights to align with the brand’s visual language. The goal was to make navigation intuitive and interactions effortless — ensuring consistency across all platforms. Subtle curves and minimal detailing give the icons a modern, friendly appeal that complements the overall digital experience and reinforces the brand’s approachable personality.

KaarigariLabs created a modern, user-friendly app interface that’s effortless to navigate. From quick booking flows to smooth onboarding, every screen was optimized for speed and satisfaction. The visual identity projects reliability while maintaining a warm, human feel — making the brand approachable and premium at once.
